Hi Everyone!

First off, Berserker Labs would like to wish a HUGE Happy Birthday to Kristian Nairn, who you may know as Hodor from Game of Thrones or the god Tek from the Mythica: Godslayer movie! If you're a fan, go ahead and regrann, re-post, or share this (slightly promotional) birthday card to Kristian!

In other news, we're really excited about everything that is going on...

• We should be set up with Ludo Facts in Germany for production and European fulfillment early this coming week. :)
• Nadeau Media has signed on to "pour gasoline on the campaign," so that sounds exciting, no?
• The Black Friday Play-through was EPIC! I have almost 60gb of video to edit. I should have it titled, spliced, and posted by Monday.

First of all, thanks to everyone who has embraced our promotional social media challenge and shared, regranned, tweeted, or otherwise spread the word to earn unique bonus cards! 

That challenge is still on, so if anyone is interested, I'll embed a graphic in this update for you to share on social media... just tag berserkerlabs, @berserkerlabs, or #mythica so we can get you on the list of backers who have earned those cards. 

We're pretty happy about reaching 150 backers today and being on our way to meeting that first stretch goal! If you have any ideas for possible stretch goals, we are taking suggestions via [email protected], so send us an email. We already received two that we intend you use.

In other news, I posted a Round 3 gameplay video. The round wasn't that productive for Marek, but she'll bounce back. My cat tried to make an appearance. I suggested she play Thinpenny the Bard, but she wasn't interested. I'm thinking of renaming her Nemesis.

That's all for tonight. We're going to shoot, edit, and post a new Intro video tomorrow in an effort to liven things up and provide more overview information about the game in that first glance. If we get that done, I'll shoot another round of gameplay.

Jeremy and I want to thank all of you who have backed the project. I know we've said that before, and I'm sure we will say it again, but hear us now, we mean it: thank you. 

And we have so much planned for this holiday week. 

Tomorrow, we're creating ads for a Board Game Geek ad blitz and putting the last touches on the final edition of the Rule Book. 

Wednesday, I am finalizing the Amazon Affiliate account and doing a live-chat with a FBA (fulfillment-by-Amazon consultant) in the hopes of slapping an EU-friendly badge on our campaign. 

Thanksgiving, we're taking the day off!

Black Friday, we have a podcast interview scheduled with nadeaumedia.com, followed by a gameplay video shoot with local gamers.

Saturday, I plan to edit/post the new gameplay video and launch the Board Game Geek ad blitz. 

So yeah, it's a busy busy week, but we will be in touch. Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

One stretch goal down, and another one is UP!

We made it past our first stretch goal in the wee hours this morning and we've got another one posted already, and it's a doozy...

Last time we offered a small 5-card expansion to a single element of the game; this time we have a full expansion pack complete with a couple of new (vicious) plots and a whole mess of new cards with additions to every deck. 

If you like what we're doing here, please share our posts so we can get this game in front of as many eyes as possible. More pledges means more stuff in the box!

Also, check out the new Intro Video we posted for the campaign... it has movie clips and a basic overview of the game.

Closing in on our first stretch goal!

Hi Everyone!

I'm excited about this weekend! We have promotional events planned for social media (please "like" our Berserker Labs Game Design Studio page on Facebook if you're into that sort of thing) and "share" our stuff as often as you like. 

In other news, we're hoping to blow by $15K and post a big (MONSTROUS, in fact) new stretch goal, so as always, we'll need your help getting the word out.

I don't know if you care about what goes on behind the scenes, but I've been busy today setting up our Amazon affiliate account and arranging for "fulfillment by Amazon" in the EU, Canada, and Mexico. We have also narrowed the candidate companies for production down to three and plan to make a decision by Thanksgiving. 

Our plan to take over the world is proceeding nicely, thanks to you, but we still have a ways to go. Ideally, we will get up to $25K or $30K, but there's still three weeks (of work) to go and no way to see the future. However, here's a little sneak peek at some viral promotion materials (#fakenewsftw) that we'll be leaking to the world tomorrow in an effort to delight the masses.
